Parent Mail

We would like to inform you of some developments we are putting in place to try and improve how we communicate with you as parents and carers. Our aim is, as always, to keep parents regularly informed about what is going on at the school and how you can best support your children. For this reason we have decided to use an e-mail-based service called ParentMail. We are hopeful that ParentMail will be beneficial to you because:

  • Letters will get to you more reliably
  • We can send communications directly to all parents or carers in the same family at the same time
  • You will quickly know about important or urgent messages which we will highlight
  • We can tell you more about what is going on at the school

Please be assured that ParentMail® is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.

We will, of course, continue to provide paper copies of school communications to any parents who are unable or do not wish to access e-mail.
